Recommended Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and water.

Dietary supplement. The product is intended for the healthy population over 75 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you are taking anticoagulants that contain vitamin K antagonists (e.g., Warfarin and Acenocoumarol). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Always close the packaging after use.

Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15 ºC-25 ºC, out of reach of small children. Protect from light.
