DESCRIPTION


B vitamins:
Thiamine (vitamin B1) – supports the proper functioning of the circulatory system, participates in energy and neurophysiological processes.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) – necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system; improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails, affects the speed of metabolic changes and helps maintain the proper condition of the mucous membranes.
Niacin (vitamin B3) – participates in the synthesis of hormones; participates in the production of red blood cells, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) - contributes to the proper synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – supports the production of erythrocytes, affects the body's immunity and nerve conduction, contributes to the maintenance of protein and glycogen metabolism, as well as homocysteine.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1 capsule daily. Rinse with water.
