Preparation Method:

Preparing the oat flakes is simple:

1. Prepare about 110 ml of boiling water.
2. Pour the contents of the package into a cup.
3. Pour the boiling water about 1 cm above the level of the flakes (about 110 ml of water) and stir thoroughly.
4. The oat flakes are ready to eat after 3 minutes.

Option with milk: Instead of water, you can also use hot milk (then the oat flakes are ready after 6 minutes).
