Fresh and bright, with a mild citrus aroma, our Bergamot essential oil, pressed from the inedible fruit of the tree, is uplifting and calms emotions while gently suppressing frustration and balancing mood swings. It is also a powerful immune booster and is great for oily skin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
In the Vaporizer: Place 6 to 8 drops of essential oil in the vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years old.) For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
