DESCRIPTION

Organic corn porridge made from corn kernels. It is used to prepare the famous Italian polenta or Romanian mamaliga, which can be enjoyed both sweetly, for example, with dried fruit for breakfast, and savory as a main course. The porridge also serves as a thickener for soups and sauces, and after grinding into flour, it is also used to make cakes, puddings, and pies.

METHOD PREPARATIONS

Boil the porridge in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of porridge to 2 portions of water) and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
