BIO PLANET - BIO PLANET ORGANIC MILK ORGANIC 500 g

Organic millet flour, obtained from skimmed millet grains. It is characterized by a nutty aroma and a bittersweet aftertaste. Baked goods made from millet flour are very light and distinguished by a delicate flavor. We recommend it for making cookies in combination with rice flour, but also for pancakes and cakes in combination with buckwheat flour. It is also excellent for thickening dishes, as it does not form lumps and has a neutral taste.
