DESCRIPTION

Organic soybean granules are extruded skimmed soybean flour. They are characterized by their high protein and fiber content. They are a perfect meat substitute and can therefore be used as an ingredient in stuffing for cabbage rolls, dumplings, spaghetti sauce, soups, pastas, or as a filling for vegetables.

PREPARATION
Pour boiling water over the granules, cover, and let them steep for a few minutes. Once swollen, add herbs or spices. It can also be roasted in a pan and then used in cooking.
