USAGE
Rinse the grain and soak overnight. The next day, cook until soft, changing the water several times, and then drain the softness in a sieve. Rinse the poppy seeds, blanch them, and run them through a food processor twice. Mix poppy seeds with honey and dried fruits. Add the wheat just before serving (if mixed with the poppy mixture too early, it will become hard). Serve kutia lightly chilled.
