ORGANIC BROWN (LINSEED)

ORGANIC brown flax has been valued for thousands of years, mainly because of the richness of its ingredients and its gelling properties. Brown organic flaxseeds are widely used both in the kitchen and in cosmetics. Flaxseeds are best ingested after grinding, but we recommend grinding them just prior to consumption (to preserve all of their stats). The seeds can be used in baking, adding to porridge, smoothies, sauces and dinners. Externally, ORGANIC flaxseed can be used to make compresses, baths and hair cosmetics at home. The beneficial properties of these unassuming grains are the result of large amounts of fiber (up to 3g in a spoonful), lignans (phytoestrogens) and valuable omega-3 fatty acids.
