DESCRIPTION
Nettle is probably the best-known herbal plant. For centuries it served as food for humans and animals, it was used as an industrial plant for textiles and dyeing. Its importance has not diminished to this day, and the leaves can be used for a tasty and nutritious infusion that can be drunk both cold and hot.

PREPARATION
Pour a glass of boiling water over a packet of tea and leave covered for about 10 - 15 minutes.
