The 100% flaxseed oil for the Budwig diet (so-called Budwig oil) is native, cold-pressed, unrefined, and pressed from flaxseeds of the highest quality. This oil is a rich source of essential omega-3 fatty acids and is a 100% natural product. It is unrefined, so it retains all the valuable properties of the seed from which it was obtained, and contains no preservatives or other artificial additives. The dark glass bottles protect the oil from harmful UV rays.
