Ingredients:

Elderberries, plantain leaves, fennel fruits, mallow flowers, mint leaves

Instructions for use:

Pour a teaspoon of the product over a glass of boiling water and let it steep covered for about 15 minutes.

Drink 2 times daily before meals after a glass of infusion. Can be consumed cold.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for the body to function properly.
