DESCRIPTION

NFC Cauliflower Pasteurized Juice (pressed, not from concentrate) is made by fermenting (ensiling) the white inflorescence of the plant. Cauliflower itself is considered a valuable vegetable when it comes to converting its low calorific value into the amount of nutrients and vitamins it contains. Cauliflower is rich in vitamins A and C. It contains folic acid and is also a source of minerals such as phosphorus and potassium. Cauliflower is naturally rich in isothiocyanates, which include the sulfur derivative sulforaphane. Cauliflower juice exhibits properties in aiding in cleansing the body of toxins. The ingredients contained in it support the work of the liver, whose task is to stabilize and neutralize harmful substances. Sour cauliflower juice can effectively stimulate the digestive system and intestinal peristalsis to work effectively.
