EPSOM Epsom Salt has many uses in everyday life:

• as a sensational way to enrich the body with magnesium through baths . Studies have shown that magnesium sulfate is better absorbed by the skin than the digestive tract, so it is recommended to take brine baths for restorative baths when we have muscle pain, joint pain, headache or fatigue - add 1-2 cups of Epsom salts to a bathtub with warm water
• as a beautifying hair mask - add 3 tablespoons of Epsom salts to your hair conditioner and apply the mixture evenly to damp but dry towel as a mask -dried hair. We hold 20 minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly. Due to the sulfur content, the mask has antibacterial, anti-dandruff and anti-seborrhea properties and visually increases the volume of the hair.
