The fruit mousse is pectin-free and sweetened only with grape juice. It's an interesting mix of the sweet taste of fig and the sour taste of lemon. The result is a product that isn't too sweet, but fresh and fun.

Fig and Lemon Mousse is ideal for spreading on bread, rice cakes or eating straight away. It can also be combined with mature cheeses.
