The mixture for excess water in the body is a composition of herbs, of which, among others, the nettle leaf supports the excretion of water from the body and the dandelion root contributes to the proper functioning of the urinary system.

Ingredients: Dandelion root - 20%, Goldenrod herb - 20%, Nettle leaves - 20%, Green tea - 20%, Hibiscus flowers - 20%.

Preparation method: Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture (4.0 g) with 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) and let it steep covered for 10 - 15 minutes. Then let it steep for 10 minutes and strain. At the same time, attention should be paid to adequate fluid intake (about 2 liters per day). To achieve the beneficial effect resulting from the indicated action, it is recommended to consume 1 glass of infusion (250 ml), prepared from 1 tablespoon of the mixture (4.0 g). Amount of components in 1 glass of infusion (1 tablespoon of the mixture): Dandelion root - 0.8 g, Goldenrod herb - 0.8 g, Nettle leaves - 0.8 g, Green tea - 0.8 g, Hibiscus flowers - 0.8 g. Nutritional value per 100 ml of the prepared infusion: Energy value - 4 kJ/1 kcal. Contains negligible amounts of fat (including saturated fatty acids), carbohydrates (including sugars), protein, salt. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are the foundation for the smooth functioning of the body.

Due to the composition of the mixture, the product should not be consumed by children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, or by individuals allergic to the components of the mixture.

NOTE: The product should be mixed very thoroughly before each use!
