Folate by Solgar is a dietary supplement that contains folate.

INGREDIENTS:

Folate (as folic acid); fillers: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide; capsule shell: vegetable cellulose.

Folic Acid
(as folic acid)		 400 mcg 200%

NRV - Nutrient Reference Value for daily intake

USAGE:

One tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as individuals taking medication, should use only after consulting a doctor or specialist.
