Herbal and fruit tea for bloating and digestion supports digestion and digestive health.

Preparation: Pour hot water over 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of dried fruit and leave covered for 15-20 minutes. Drink a glass of warm, freshly prepared infusion twice a day.
