DESCRIPTION
Organic barley is made from hulled and polished barley grains. It's an excellent addition to meat and vegetarian dishes. We also recommend it for soups, casseroles, stuffed cabbage rolls, or stews.

PREPARATION
Cook the previously rinsed pearl barley in salted water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion of barley to 3 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
