DESCRIPTION
Organic oat flakes are obtained from crushed oat grains. Oatmeal is a great daily breakfast offering. They taste best with yoghurt, milk or cereal drink, as well as with fruit and nuts. They are also perfect raw, for muesli and for baking bread and cookies. Oatmeal was already a popular meal in the Middle Ages, which was supposed to provide energy and endurance. It is perfect for people who do intense physical activity, but also for children. Oatmeal contains magnesium, which helps reduce fatigue, and thiamine (vitamin B1), which supports the proper functioning of the nervous system.

PREPARATION
Cook the muesli in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of muesli to 2 portions of water or milk) and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
