Instructions for use

Mix 1/3 scoop of the product (1.66 g) with 180-250 ml of cold water; take 30-60 minutes before a meal. Do not consume within 4 hours before bedtime.

Contraindications

Do not consume a daily amount equivalent to or exceeding 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (-). Do not consume if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Contains caffeine (67 mg per daily serving); do not consume together with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects.
