Product obtained by stemming the fruit of Haskap berries; with the addition of apple concentrate to obtain an appropriate pH; Pectins: fixed by pasteurization in hermetically sealed glass containers. Sweet and sour taste, characteristic of Haskap berries, color similar to the color of the fruit.
