DESCRIPTION
The organic barley groats are made from hulled and polished barley grain. They are an excellent addition to meat and vegetarian dishes. We also recommend them for soups, casseroles, fillings for stuffed cabbage rolls, or stews.

PREPARATION METHOD
Rinse the groats beforehand and cook in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion groats to 3 portions water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
