It occurs naturally in small amounts in fresh fruits, vegetables, some grains, and milk, but is mainly taken in higher doses in the form of dietary supplements. It is also present in our body, where it plays a role in the synthesis of collagen and keratin - proteins important for the health of joints, skin, hair, and nails.

Ingredients: Sulfur (Methylsulfonylmethane)/OptiMSM®/ 99.9%, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide 0.1%, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Usage recommendation: 2 g (½ measuring spoon) per day, stir into 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. Consume once daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
Storage: Store in a closed container at room temperature and out of reach of small children.
Notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the preparation's ingredients.
