Short question, short answer: Washing. And you have to know how to wash, because that's what I do best. But to preempt further questions: No, I do not rejuvenate, smooth, or exfoliate. But seriously: I gently cleanse your skin, even if it is delicate and sensitive. You can rely on me to leave it cared for and smelling good, so your status in the herd will likely rise significantly.

Your precious body is cared for by precious butter products, namely shea, cocoa, and mango. No one knows how to pronounce 'shea' (though no one will admit it anyway).
