The essential oil obtained from the resin of the Boswellia tree impresses with a deep, resinous scent with a balsamic-spicy, long-lasting note. The oil is obtained by steam distillation.
Instructions for use:
- For bathing: Add 10-15 drops of the oil to a bath with lukewarm water and you will feel the stress and tension disappear with every breath.
- For massage: Mix 4 drops of the oil with 200 ml of a carrier oil, e.g., jojoba oil, and feel how its warmth and aroma soothe body and mind.
- As a cosmetic additive: A few drops of the oil (5-6) in 50 ml of lotion, cream, or shampoo improve the condition of skin and hair and give them a subtle, balsamic scent.
- For sauna visits: Add a few drops of the oil to a scent burner or diffuser to create a relaxing or meditative atmosphere.
