The MagneMe dietary supplement contains up to four forms of magnesium: citrate, malate, acetyl taurate, and bisglycinate. Magnesium compounds improve absorption in the intestine.

- Magnesium citrate One of the most digestible forms of magnesium (with a content of 90%). The daily dose of MagneMe Day (2 capsules) contains 1650 mg magnesium citrate - 250 mg magnesium ions.

- Magnesium malate The daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 310 mg magnesium malate - 35.65 mg magnesium ions.

- Magnesium acetyl taurate The daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 500 mg of magnesium acetyl taurate - 32.5 mg of magnesium ions.

- Magnesium diglycinate A daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 556 mg magnesium bisglycinate - 77.84 mg magnesium ions.

- Vitamin B6 (in the form of P5P, i.e. the active form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate):

The daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 5 mg of vitamin B6 in the form of P-5-P (357% of the reference amount).

USE:

MagneMe Day - 2 capsules in the morning.

MagneMe Night - 2 capsules in the evening.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance to be eaten. Keep out of reach of small children. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a balanced diet.
