Magnesium citrate is an organic, highly digestible form of magnesium. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and maintain proper energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium also helps in maintaining proper psychological functions, maintaining healthy teeth and bones, and maintaining electrolyte balance. Magnesium citrate, acidity regulator: citric acid, powdered lemon juice (18%), natural lemon flavor, dried lime (5%), chicory inulin (Cichorium intybus L.), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), sweetener : steviol glycosides, anti-baking: silicon dioxide.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Adults - 1 serving daily 2 g (half a scoop). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Shake the package vigorously before COOKING . Put one portion (2 g = approx. ½ teaspoon) in a dry container, pour over 100 ml of cold or warm water (up to 50°C) and mix.
Note the PREPARATION order to be followed to thoroughly dissolve the powder. Remember to close the packaging carefully after each use.
