Moya Matcha Tea is a high-quality green tea from Japan. The organic matcha is made from the second and third harvest of freshly matured leaves. This results in a higher content of chlorophyll and theanine. It is characterized by a strong aroma with a noticeable bitterness and a lighter green color. Recommended for matcha lattes, smoothies, and as an addition to ice cream or baked goods.

PREPARATION METHOD
Pour a teaspoon of matcha tea with some warm water into a teapot and stir vigorously with a bamboo whisk until the matcha is completely dissolved and a characteristic thick foam forms on the surface. Then slowly add water to make a portion of about 200 ml. The best tool for stirring is a traditional bamboo chasen or stirring stick. Alternatively, you can prepare the matcha with a handy milk frother and replace the traditional bowl with a glass or cup.
The water temperature should be about 80 °C. This can be achieved with a kettle with a temperature display or by setting aside a regular kettle with boiling water for 10 minutes.
Matcha should not be poured over boiling water as it loses some of its nutrients.
