Dosage
With the main meal. Children aged 6-12 years - 2.5 ml oil (=1/2
full tablespoon). Children over 12 years and adults - 5 ml oil (=3/4
full tablespoon).

For children aged 3-6 years, the decision to administer the supplement should be discussed with a doctor.

Avoid combining with products high in calcium (milk,
yogurt, white and yellow cheese), as this may impair the absorption of
Omega-3 fatty acids and other important substances from the supplement.
