 In the daily portion (1/2 teaspoon)

evening primrose oil

including:

Cis-linoleic acid (LA)

Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Preferably take 1/4 teaspoon daily with a meal. You can take up to 1/2 teaspoon if needed.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
