Usage Instructions:

• Aromatherapy burner: It is not recommended to heat citrus oils as they lose their aromatic and health-promoting properties. It is best to put them in a diffuser. If you do not have a diffuser, sprinkle the oil on a tissue, cloth, towel, or blanket.
• Inhalation: Put a few drops of the oil on a handkerchief and inhale it several times a day.
• Bathing: Add 3-15 drops of the oil to a bathtub with hot water and mix well. Immerse yourself in the water for at least 20 minutes. It is best to shower before the oil bath to avoid using cleaning agents.
• Massage: Add 15-30 drops of the oil to 50 ml of base oil (e.g., sweet almond oil) and mix.
