Lemon balm leaf - 2.25 g

Passionflower herb - 1.40 g

Narrow-leaved lavender flower - 1.40 g

Verbena (Verbena vulgaris) - 1.40 g

Hops cones - 1.20 g

Sweet cherry fruits - 1.20 g

Poppy flower - 0.15 g

Lemon balm acts optimally relaxing, supports mental and physical well-being, facilitates falling asleep. Passionflower increases the body's stress resistance, helps to fall into a calm sleep. Lavender acts optimally relaxing and ensures healthy sleep. Verbena increases the physiological resistance of the body against harsh weather conditions. Hops has a calming effect on the nervous system. Poppy helps reduce irritability and anxiety and promotes relaxation and sleep.

PREPARATION: Pour 3 teaspoons (3.0 g) of the mixture with a glass (200 ml) of hot water and let stand covered for 15 minutes. Drink 3 glasses of freshly prepared infusion daily before meals.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: three times daily an infusion of 3 teaspoons (3.0 g). Systematic consumption of the tea has the best effect.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to the components of the preparation. It is important to maintain a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
