Ingredients: Psyllium husks (seed husks).

Usage recommendation: Mix 1 to 2 level teaspoons of the powder vigorously with at least 1.5 cups (355 ml) of water or juice and consume immediately, once per day. During intake, an additional 1 to 2 glasses of water should be drunk daily. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase the consumption amount over 1-2 weeks to 1 teaspoon per day.

Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children. Store protected from light at room temperature. Contraindications: The product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children. For adults only. Taking without at least 1.5 glasses of water may cause choking. Do not use in case of narrowing of the esophagus, difficulty swallowing, or hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.
