Wheat germ oil is a natural source of vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids. Each tablespoon of wheat germ oil contains more than 1,000 micrograms of octacosanol as well as vitamins A, FIB, triglycerides, phospholipids, glycolipids, selenium, iron, and zinc, which inhibit cell aging and reduce skin inflammation.

USAGE:

Shake well before mixing if natural separation of oil components occurs. Take 1 (15 ml) teaspoon daily, preferably with a meal.
