OLIMP Chitosan + Chromium 30 Capsules

A dietary supplement for weight loss. Chitosan is a fiber isolated from crustacean shells that has gelling and absorbing properties. The chromium contained in the preparation contributes to the proper metabolism of macronutrients such as carbohydrates and fats, and also helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. Proper blood sugar levels help avoid cravings and snacking between meals.

Nutritional information (3 capsules):

• Chitosan - 1200 mg
• Chromium - 100 µg (250%* NRV)

*NRV-% - percentage of the recommended daily allowance.

Ingredients:

Chitosan (powdered marine crustacean shells), filler - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate, capsule (capsule component - gelatin, colorant: E 171).

Note: This product contains ingredients derived from crustaceans.

Use of OLIMP Chitosan + Chromium 30 Capsules:

The product is intended for adults who are physically active and care about their fitness to maintain a healthy body weight and lose weight.

Dosage of OLIMP Chitosan + Chromium 30 Capsules:

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule 3 times a day, about 20 minutes before a meal, with at least 1 glass of water.

• The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
• The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
• A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
• During intake, it is recommended to additionally supplement the diet with the lipophilic vitamins A, D, and E, as the preparation may reduce the absorption of fats from food. Vitamin supplements should be taken about 2 hours before or after taking chitosan.
