INGREDIENTS:

Inulin, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), choline bitartrate, calcium D-pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, nicotinamide, inositol, rice fiber, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, D-biotin.

USAGE:

Swallow the capsule with a sip of water. We recommend taking 1 capsule daily, after a meal.
