DESCRIPTION:

INGREDIENTS:

Fish oil from pelagic fish, natural lemon flavor, antioxidant: mixed tocopherols.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of the oil daily. We recommend taking it with a meal or immediately after a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The positive effect occurs when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are taken daily. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain good health, a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle should be followed.
