Fish oil, capsule ingredients (gelatin, humectant: glycerin, water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other tree nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, and shellfish.

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Take with plenty of water. It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test before use and discuss the test result with your doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for adults.
