Ingredients

Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, natural vitamin D from Icelandic moss (cholecalciferol), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.

Usage recommendation

1⁄2 tablet daily for healthy adults under 75 years, 1 tablet daily for healthy adults over 75 years. Before taking, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the test result with your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not take the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals taking anticoagulants with vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of reach of small children.
