INGREDIENTS:

Stabilizer (glycerin), water, ethanol, emulsifiers (polysorbate 80, soy lecithins), medium-chain triglycerides, melatonin, peppermint oil (Mentha x piperita), spearmint oil (Mentha spicata), orange peel oil (Citrus sinensis), natural flavors.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 pump orally. Hold in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before a meal.
