INGREDIENTS

Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica)*, couch grass (Elymus repens)*, birch leaf (Betula pendula)*, tuft leaf (Vaccinium myrtillus)*, wild strawberry leaf (Fragaria vesca)*, rowan (Sorbus aucuparia)*, elderberry (Sambucus nigra)*, herb (Bidens tripartita)*, henwort rhizome (Potentilla erecta)*, heather flower (Calluna vulgaris)*, artichoke herb (Cynara scolymus)* (in various proportions).

DESCRIPTION

PREPARATION
Pour a glass of boiling water on a heaped teaspoon (1.5 g) of tea and let it steep, cover and let steep for about 10-15 minutes.
