Gluten-free pasta made exclusively from organic rice flour. It was developed for people who avoid gluten in their daily diet for health or dietary reasons. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Thanks to the excellent quality of the raw materials and the know-how in pressing and drying the pasta dough, these noodles remain perfectly shaped when cooked despite the absence of gluten. They have a neutral color and a neutral taste, making them a perfect substitute for traditional pasta in all kinds of dishes, especially in soups, salads, or as a side dish to sauces.

PREPARATION METHOD
Before consumption, cook the pasta in boiling water (at medium heat) for the time indicated on the pot symbol, 8-10 minutes (100 g pasta per 1 liter of salted water). Drain the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water.
