SWANSON Shilajit Extract - Extra Strength 100 mg (30 Capsules)

DESCRIPTION:

Shilajit (shee-la-jeet), a staple of the Ayurvedic tradition, is a concentrated source of trace elements and fulvic acid, which are extracted from the mineral package. Shilajit is considered a systemic "Rejuvenator" and adaptogen used , often in combination with other Ayurvedic herbs. Standardized to 5% fulvic acid.

INGREDIENTS:

Shilajit, brown rice flour, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

USE:

Take one capsule daily with water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

STORAGE:

Store at room temperature and out of reach of small children.

CONTRANDICATIONS:

This product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
