Tomato sauce with garlic 340g KROKUS

We make our Tomato Garlic Sauce from fresh tomatoes, not concentrate. Filter the ground tomatoes through sieves, thicken by evaporating the water - do not add a thickener. As a result, the sauce contains no gluten.
To the base prepared in this way we add Polish spices: onion, garlic, basil, parsley and salt. We don't add sugar. The whole is tasted and ready to use immediately after opening the jar.
