Contains vitamin E in the form of d-alpha-tocopherol with a mixture of tocopherols.

INGREDIENTS:

Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol, mixed tocopherols (d-beta, d-gamma, d-delta, d-alpha tocopherol); capsule shell: gelatin (from beef), vegetarian glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil); fillers: safflower oil, vegetable oil.

USAGE:

Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal or as directed by a physician.
