DESCRIPTION:

Selenium is a trace element contained in many enzyme proteins. The bioavailability of selenium is largely determined by the forms in which it occurs - it can take the inorganic form (selenides and selenates) or the organic form (selenomethionine, selenocysteine, selenoglutathione). Organic selenium is better absorbed by the organism.

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that can help reduce the effects of free radicals.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule once daily. Swallow the capsule after a meal with plenty of water.
