Bison grass is a plant native to Eurasia and North America. This aromatic plant grows in cold and humid areas, ripens in late summer, and can reach a height of 60 cm. For a long time, it has been associated with religious practices, both in North America, where it was burned as incense, and in Europe, where it was used to decorate church thresholds. It was called 'holy grass' (from Greek: hieros - holy, chloe - grass). Due to its delicate, slightly vanilla-like aroma, it is used as a fragrance in the production of sweets and perfumes. Because of its medicinal properties, bison grass is commonly used to treat coughs and sore throats.

Application:Use 1 - 2 bison grass and a pinch of sugar for one 0.5-liter bottle about 10 - 14 days before consumption. Readiness for consumption is indicated by a slightly
greenish color
