DESCRIPTION

Spelled is one of the healthier grains that supports metabolism and improves metabolism. ORGANIC spelled flakes 600 g is a product worth starting the day with, because it provides an invaluable dose of energy, but at the same time it is a healthy and easily digestible meal. The flakes are rich in minerals and nutrients such as fiber, potassium, protein and iron. It is a product that can be eaten with fruit and vegetarian or vegan yoghurts. This healthy combination can successfully prepare a healthy breakfast or lunch. These flakes are derived from the ground spelled grains, which in themselves are an invaluable, mineral-rich nutrient needed for the daily functioning and efficient work of the entire body. Spelled flakes 600 g Bio Planet is a vegetarian and vegan product, but cannot be consumed by people with celiac disease due to the gluten content. Spelled flakes are a fully ecological product, which is confirmed by the BIO certificate.

PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
