📦 Return Conditions

The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. This allows us to guarantee a smooth refund process.

💰 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged, incorrect, or defective items – in such cases, we will of course cover all costs.

⚠️ Please do not return any items without submitting a prior return request – such returns cannot be processed.

🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any errors, damages, or incorrect items: contact us immediately – we will find a solution!

🚫 Exceptions – The following items are excluded from the right of return:

• Food & perishable goods
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics)
• Hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards & sale items

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product: return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

📜 EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You also have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods – without giving any reason. The same return conditions apply.

💳 Refunds
